Shoreham-based Young Calibration was founded in 1996 by Adrian Young as a one-person operation.

It added services to cover other local industries.

The company now has a workforce of six and an extensive range of equipment calibration, test and repair facilities.

Following the upgrade of its test facilities and its ISO 17025 accreditation, it is the only firm in the country to be operate a UK Accreditation Service approved radiator heat rejection facility.

It has a client base covering Formula 1 racing to medical and academic firms.

Managing director Adrian Young said: "We are positive in our local business expansion plans and with our market research to being finished, we hope to offer a complete package for local businesses.
